By creating an account on ConMess, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

ConMess is provided to help mess owners manage students, payments, meal plans, and attendance, and to give students a simple way to stay on top of their mess membership. You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information about yourself, your mess, and your students, and to keep this information up to date.

Mess owners are responsible for the accuracy of payment and transaction entries they record — statements generated from the app reflect exactly what's been entered.

ConMess is a management and record-keeping tool. Payments between students and mess owners are made directly between them (cash, UPI, bank transfer, or another method they agree on) — ConMess does not process, collect, or hold these funds, and is not a party to that transaction.

Any subscription or paid feature offered by ConMess itself to mess owners is subject to the pricing and terms displayed in the app at the time of purchase, and is billed separately from any student payments recorded in the app.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
