Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, mobile number, email, mess details, and student records you manage within the app.

For mess owners, this includes the payment and transaction entries you record in the app — amount, date, payment mode, and the student it's linked to.

Your information is used to operate core app features — authentication, managing students, payments, meal plans, and attendance — and to communicate important account updates.

Transaction entries you record are used to keep your payment history accurate and to generate the downloadable statements described in Section 4.

Your data is stored securely using Firebase services and is accessible only to your account and, where applicable, authorized administrators of your mess.

Mess owners can generate and download a statement of the transactions recorded in their account, for a period they choose. This is a record-keeping convenience — ConMess does not process or hold funds, and the statement reflects only what's been entered in the app.

Once a statement is downloaded, it's a file on your device — storing and sharing it securely afterward is your responsibility.

We do not sell your personal information. Data is not shared with third parties except as required to operate the service (such as our hosting and infrastructure providers) or to comply with the law.

You may update or correct your information at any time from within the app. If you'd like your account data deleted, see our Delete Account Policy for how to request it.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
